Client Requirements

Lazard is a leading financial advisory and asset management firm that engages in investment banking, asset management and other financial services. They approached Precision Pass with the idea of hosting a small sided football tournament for 120 of their staff and clients such as Aon, Russell Investments, Royal Mail plus many more. Lazard aimed to reward and thank clients for their loyalty as well as their staff for working outstandingly over the year.

Our Involvement

We worked with Lazard to create a fully customised event, tailored to their specific requirements. Our involvement included revitalizing their existing tournament, managing the organisation of the event, using our infrastructure and also using our close relationships with Premier League clubs to secure a venue for the tournament – Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea FC.

We decided to give the event a Euro 2016 theme, due to the tournament taking place at the same time. Each of the 12 teams was assigned a country to represent, and provided with a top and shorts in their country’s colours.

Working to their time-frame and budget, we ensured we delivered on all aspects of the event from changing room access, tunnel walk-outs, storage of luggage, DJ, stadium announcer, children’s penalty shoot-out with medals, post-match meal and lots more including trophy ceremony and champagne spray, plus personalised branding. Our regular communications with Lazard ensured we met their deep requirements.
